The aiSLE® DX Family of Tests

Two Powerful Tests to Proactively Manage Lupus Patients

aiSLE® DX FRI and aiSLE® DX DAI tests allow doctors to accurately identify patients at risk of developing a flare in the coming weeks and distinguish patients with active clinical disease from those with low or quiescent disease activity- helping to inform the best treatment decisions for the patient.

ASSESSING RISK OF FLARE

aiSLE® DX Flare Risk Index

Powered by Advanced Biomarker Technology

Algorithmic risk score for the probability of an impending SLE flare within the next 12 weeks — enabling proactive treatment decisions before flare onset.

  • Weighted multi-mediator algorithm; 12-week flare risk score
  • Validated in European American, African American & Native American cohorts
  • Same collection kit as L-DAI — no additional blood draw

EVALUATING UNDERLYING DISEASE ACTIVITY

aiSLE® DX Disease Activity Index

Powered by Advanced Biomarker Technology

Objective, biomarker-derived measure of current SLE disease activity — supporting clinical assessment beyond time-intensive hybrid scoring approaches like SELENA-SLEDAI and BILAG.

  • Distinguishes active versus low or quiescent disease (hSLEDAI-calibrated)
  • Measures a panel of soluble immune mediators including cytokines, chemokines, and soluble receptors
  • No point-of-care sample processing required

How would you like to get started?

Select the option that best describes your practice. We'll walk you through getting your clinic set up in minutes.

🏥

We use Mayo Clinic Laboratories

Our practice already sends specimens through Mayo — I'd like to activate these tests within our existing Mayo workflow.

We do not use Mayo and would like to order directly with Progentec

I'd like to receive a clinical kit and get our practice set up to send specimens directly to Progentec.

I'm not sure

I'm not certain which lab we use for reference testing and would like some guidance first.

Activate through your existing Mayo workflow
