Here's what you can expect after your doctor orders an aiSLE® DX laboratory test

Step 1 | The Test

  • Your blood sample is sent to the Progentec laboratory in Oklahoma City
  • The sample is processed and results are reported to your clinician within 1 week

Step 2 | Explanation of Benefits

  • You will be contacted by Progentec Customer Care after your result is sent to your clinician
  • An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) will be sent to you in the mail. This is not a bill. You do not need to reach out to your doctor's office.
  • You do not need to reach out to your doctor's office. If you have questions, contact Progentec via phone or email

Step 3 | Insurance Coverage

  • Depending on your plan, your insurance company will cover a portion of the test
  • Progentec will send you a bill after your insurance benefits has been applied and paid out

Step 4 | Discounts

  • Progentec periodically announces coupons/vouchers which would be made available as part of the test kit sent to physician offices
  • Work with Progentec Customer Care to find additional programs you may be eligible for
